We have powerful relationships. Since November 2015, we have 229 relationships with tier 1 media publishers and 413 blogs from around this world, and this grows every day. For every campaign, our objective is to generate a number of new relationships.

We get results. Last year we got an average of 20.36 features for each campaign, and 120,000 impressions per paid amplification campaign.

How do you develop ideas that work?

We start by finding out a bit more about your target audience. When we have an understanding of this, we research into your audience online, looking at what kind of content they engage with online. Based on this research and our understanding of the types of content that work, we start putting some concepts together. We then go through a selection process in house, and share our favourite ideas with you to choose from.

What is your approach to content and design?

Your project is assigned a project team consisting of a project manager, content producer, designer and media relations expert. They work closely together with the focus on your results objectives to produce a piece of content that will work well, based on proven success in the past. Our content team are trained to produce publisher level content and research, and our designers are specialist in infographic and information design and illustration.

Can you explain your digital PR and outreach process?

Our approach in outreach is purely editorial; we don’t pay for any placements. Our focus is on creating extremely powerful content that relevant publishers and bloggers choose to share with their audience and source back to you. We have built up great relationships over the years through the development of content that publishers will want to share with their own readership.

Outreach will be kick-started once we have a live URL. The first stage will be sending the design to our list of hand-picked seeding sites, which are websites that specialise in infographics and data visualisations. Once the design has been seeded, we proceed to reach out to our list of targets.

We’ll provide you with a comprehensive outreach strategy overview, which will serve as a guide in terms of the different sectors we’ll approach and the type of publishers and bloggers we’ll connect to. It’s only an overview and it doesn’t include all the sites we’ll target. If you’ll be doing your own outreach, we’ll require a list of sites you’ll be approaching so we can make sure we don’t approach the same site twice.

We’ll assess the results of the first round of outreach within 7 working days and move forward to the next stage unless further outreach is required. The next stage comprises follow-up and image attribution. We reach out to unresponsive targets and hit up any site that’s featured the infographic without attributing the image to the client.

Once the campaign has come to a close, we send a report detailing all the placements achieved through our digital PR and blogger outreach efforts – including social media engagement metrics, big wins and more!

What can I expect from guaranteed placements?

We offer a service to guarantee placements from bloggers and publishers that directly link back to the content or your home page in some of our packages.

We only include unique, editorial features as part of the guaranteed number of placements - these are sites that picked up the content, shared it with their readers and sourced directly to you.

We focus on getting as many relevant sites as possible, so if you let us know if there are any dream target sites, let us know what these are at the beginning of the project.

What is the Paid Amplification service?

We work with different paid amplification platforms in order to increase the reach and exposure of the content:

  • StumbleUpon Paid Discovery , which is one of the best content amplification systems available. The tool allows us to direct relevant traffic to the piece of content directly, by targeting an audience that is prone to be interested in the design. The promoted content will become part of a stream of sites grouped by interests, which are part of StumbleUpon's community and will be visited by hundreds of Internet users each day.
  • We also push the content inside of the content discovery platform Outbrain, a native advertising platform whose content marketing module offers to help Internet publishers increase web traffic to their websites. Once inside of Outbrain , the content will be promoted on the web's largest and most respected media properties, including CNN.com, Slate and ESPN.
  • In addition to the two platforms above, we also promote the infographics inside of Taboola, one of the leading content discovery platforms. Taboola is a content marketing platform that recommends editorial and sponsored content across many of the world's most highly-trafficked sites.

Our team uploads the campaigns, identifying the audiences which have more potential to engage with the content. We also monitor each campaign and make any necessary edits to the targeting and budgets based on the real-time data provided within each platform.

At the end of the campaign, we send a full report including traffic metrics, impressions VS clicks, paid visits VS earned visits, average time on site - among other stats made available to us through each of the platforms.

How does the video production process work?

By developing a video, we are able to reach an even wider audience online by presenting the infographic content in a new format. We use the assets of the static infographic version to develop an animated video, with a voiceover and music. Once the content is ready, we will start the script and voiceover process. Once the full design is ready, our dedicated Video Designer develops the video.

How will you communicate with my team?

You will be assigned a project manager who will send you updates via email. If you haven’t worked with us before, we like to provide expertise and guidance throughout the process, so our project managers will set up phone calls with our team members to discuss edits, advice and recommendations where required.

What’s the process for feedback?

We work with different clients in different ways. If you prefer to have some oversight of the whole process, we will share the content and a design sample foto review and sign off before moving to the full design of the infographic. For your information, we will provide an outreach strategy overview for you to look at. Many of our clients trust us to to produce a final infographic fit for the results they are looking for. We have a very rigorous internal feedback process, so will will never produce an infographic we don’t think we will get the results you are looking for.
